Current Stuff for sale…

EGGS!!  $4.00 dozen

One dozen of the freshest hen fruit you can get your hands on!  Our girls are kept in a large fenced area (it’s the size of a large city lot) with their own little barn to snuggle into at night.  During the day they scratch around outside where they get all the fresh air they can handle, cracked corn and other goodies.  “Cage Free” or “Free Range” seem like very safe understatements.

Duck Eggs!  $5.00 dozen

A lot like the Hen fruit, but this time the gals have cute little webbed feet.  Here are some of the babies from spring ’08

Honey!   $5.00 per lb.

One golden pound of the sweetest nectar you have ever put to bread!  Our girls travel far and wide to bring it in, then slave away over the hot stove to get it just right for you!  This year we were lucky enough to find a source for Locust Honey!  It’s mild and very light colored.  Wonderful on bread or in tea.  We still have a small amount of Lavender ($7.00 per lb.) and Knotweed ($5.00 per lb) available from a few years ago.  For $12.00 s&h we can send the honey almost anywhere your little heart desires.

Various fruits & veggies in season.  E-mail for a current list! adam@adalynfarm.com

Coming Soon!

Potted Dahlias!

This spring we hope to offer at least 5 of our Dahlia varieties in 1 gallon pots for $7.00.  If you have been to our place you have seen what they look like along the fence line.  A venerable hedge of color!

  1. Oh I shouldn’t have looked at the duck photo (just lost my last duck to a fox). They are terribly cute at the stage of the photo eh!

  2. PS. Have you ever tried borage honey? When living in New Zealand, where they eat more honey per capita than anywhere else in the world and have more varieties on the grocery store shelves than you can imagine, my favourite of all was the borage honey.

    • I haven’t tried borage, Knotweed is a local var. that I am fond of. Very dark, and strong. Wonderful on pancakes!
